The exciting Alicante Bouschet in its purest form, planted in 2001, grows without irrigation or agrochemicals and with low yields that concentrate the fruit. In the vat No. 5, the authenticity of the terroir is expressed, refined for 12 months in French oak, with plenty of fruit, ripe red cherries, black cherries, spices and chocolate, with austere tannins, finishing sumptuous, intense, captivating.
