Typical of the grape variety, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit; on the palate it is complex, fresh with good acidity, intense flavours and a persistent finish. Best consumed within 3 years of bottling. Serve at a temperature of 8º. Excellent at the start of a meal with various starters and sautéed shellfish, fish with some elaboration in the preparation (oven roasts or butter sauces), tender cheeses.
