Tasting Notes

Yellow citrus color, intense and persuasive aroma, structured, but elegant, fresh and mineral with a vigorous, vibrant, unctuous aftertaste and with an enormous persistence.

Wine-making

The summer was hot, but Estremoz maintained the great thermal amplitudes that are so characteristic of it and that are essential for the plant to achieve slow maturation in order to obtain grapes with an exemplary balance between alcohol and acidity. That is why in 2020 we managed for the third time to edit our white Blog, produced from our best grapes. Aging in French oak barrels, half new and half of 2nd year.
