The wine was fermented in oak barrels used mostly. Very attractive aroma is very citrus color, the aroma is a bit closed for now, not showing the aromatic profile that is usual for this variety of Côtes du Rhône. Sit a ripe fruit and a hint of resin. Good volume in mouth, slight acidity but this is certainly a wine to the table for good seasoning dishes. May improve with time in bottle.
