Ensaio Um

ENSAIO Um is a light, fresh and easy-drinking red, made for immediate enjoyment. Harvested earlier to preserve natural acidity and keep alcohol low, it blends Castelão with 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, creating a wine with vibrant fruit, soft tannins and great drinkability. An everyday red, best served slightly chilled and perfect to enjoy by the glass. This wine comes from the space where the winery allows itself to take risks. Every year, we create small batches that follow no rules or formulas - wines driven by questions and curiosity. This “ensaio” captures exactly that: a different expression of Tejo red, lighter and more relaxed, which ultimately developed a personality of its own.
