Fita Preta Castelão

The grapes are selected on a sorting table, 30% whole bunches and 70% destemmed, falling by gravity into the vat. Spontaneous fermentation, 35 days of maceration, and 16 months of aging in barrels. Delicate ruby garnet color. Very fine aroma, with notes of plum, tobacco, and spices. On the palate, the attack is medium-bodied with good freshness. The texture builds in the middle of the palate, all in elegance, ending with present and firm tannins.
