Foz Torto Old Vines White

Winemaking:

The carefully selected and destemmed grapes were pressed using a pneumatic press, and fermentation took place in French oak barrels over four weeks at low temperatures. The wine was aged in the same barrels for seven months.

Tasting Notes:

Citrine color; very refined and elegant aroma with delicate fruity and mineral notes. On the palate, it shows good volume, with fine acidity and excellent balance.
