Gouveio by Joaninha

The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 18 kg boxes. In the winery, whole bunch direct pressing, fermentation at 14 degrees in stainless steel vats. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel. Pale yellow color with greenish hues. Gouveio da Joaninha is a wine that expresses the grape variety in its purest form, where fruit and minerality are accentuated. On the palate, it is tense with great depth.
