The grapes were harvested and chosen by hand in order to

select the best bunches, followed by fermentation in french oak barrels. Produced for 600 numbered and exclusive bottles.

CELLAR TIME: 14 months in french oak barrels.

AROMA: Lush aroma with notes of ripe fruit.

FLAVOUR: The acidity appears perfectly integrate with a creamy texture and a delicate hint of oak. Persistent finish.

GASTRONOMY: Ideal for fish dishes and some red meats.
