Underlying yellow-fleshed fruit, with slight reductive and evolving nuances of fine lees, kerosene, honeycomb, and rice powder. On the palate, the attack is intense, with enormous amplitude and angularity. Tense and lively, the acidity provides the point of balance and crunch that gives it an incredibly persistent freshness.
