Munda Encruzado

Vinification: Hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. Skin maceration in a closed press for 4 hours. Gentle pressing. Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks followed by racking into 500-liter French oak barrels (60% new). 11 months with gentle batonnage in the same barrels. Gentle filtration before bottling. Tasting Notes: Greenish citrus color. Elegant and fresh bouquet, with abundant notes of toast, dried fruit, and a blend of citrus fruits, apple, pear, and minerals with wood notes. On the palate, very good body and perfect acidity, emerging at the end with more toasted notes.
