Nosso Sauvignon Semillon White

The grapes of the Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon varieties are from a vineyard with a north-south orientation, located in the parish of Mateus, Vila Real. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 450 metres and have a Planting density of 5500 plants per hectare.

After fermentation, the wine aged 100% in new French oak barrels

(500 litres) until bottling. During part of the internship process, it was a weekly bâtonnage is made, providing the wine with more structure and complexity, enhancing its longevity. The traffic jam has occurred appreciably one year after the harvest.
