Os Paulistas White

A citrus-yellow color and a nose with notes of linden blossom, citrus, and a hint of dried leaves. On the palate, it opens with acidity, texture, and plenty of richness. The finish echoes the aromas, with some dairy notes and cream. It pairs well with fatty white fish such as sea bass, horse mackerel, wreckfish, and sea bream—whether served plain, grilled, or with salt—and holds up well with some fat, cream, or butter.
