The “Palácio da Brejoeira” Grape Marc Spirit is very smooth, where the typical flavor of the “Alvarinho” variety stands out, overpowering the grape spirit´s alcoholic character and creating a very smooth and harmonious taste. It has a long aftertaste, revealing a very pleasant set of fresh fruit aromas mixed with notes of floral aroma, typical from “Alvarinho” grapes.
