WINE MAKING
From vines that are around 90 years old, the DOC Alentejo Portalegre Arinto is born, a unique wine that
authentically expresses the freshness of the Serra de São Mamede. The Arinto grapes come from plots
located between 500 and 600 meters of altitude, in granitic-schist soils and exclusively manual harvesting.
Fermentation takes place partially in 500L French oak barrels, giving it complexity and structure.
TASTING NOTES
It presents a citrine-yellow hue and a fresh, elegant and complex nose, where notes of lime, green apple and a subtle touch of brioche stand out. On the palate it reveals tension and volume, with a lively but balanced acidity, which gives it remarkable freshness and persistence.
FOOD PAIRING SUGGESTION
Room temperature of 7ºC - 12ºC. Ideal accompaniment to oven-baked fish, fish stew, rice with fish and seafood, cod, octopus, poultry, Japanese cuisine, Italian cuisine, homemade sausages and strong cheeses.
