The Terroir range showcases the unique character of each plot on the estate through varietal wines made exclusively from grapes grown on a single plot—the grape variety and vineyard that expressed themselves best that year. These are limited-edition wines that reveal, without artifice, the distinct character of each terroir.

Vinha do Coronel is one such plot. Situated on a steep slope within Quinta do Quetzal, it rests on schist soil, where Cabernet Sauvignon achieves balanced ripeness, good concentration, and firm tannins. The soil’s drainage and the plot’s exposure lend precision to the fruit and maintain a focused profile. The result is a Cabernet with controlled intensity, sufficient freshness, and a mineral note that clearly defines this vineyard’s identity.
