Quinta da Cabaça Red

Quinta da Cabaça, situated between 450 and 550 meters above sea level, boasts a rare diversity of soils, ranging from granitic and schist to clay-limestone. This combination contributes to the unique complexity and richness of this wine, reflecting the diversity of 32 distinct grape varieties. After many requests for its relaunch – 10 years after the last edition – we decided to resume this project!

TASTING NOTES: On the nose, it presents jam, with crystallized fruits, trimmed with nuances of cocoa. On the palate, a wine with present tannins, with a long and persistent finish.

HOW TO SERVE: Serve at a temperature of 16-17ºC. Excellent with typical Alentejo dishes and meat such as veal, lamb or game. In terms of desserts, it combines perfectly with typical Portuguese convent sweets. This wine can be consumed immediately, or it can be stored and aged in the bottle for up to about 10 years.
