Vinification: Vinification of over-ripe white grapes of the Fernão Pires variety, with

tanning in stainless steel vats at high temperature

Tasting Notes: Golden straw color with brownish hints. Aromas of melon and stone fruit, complex notes of oxidation resulting from winemaking. The entrance into the mouth is striking, revealing volume and body, again complex notes of evolution with terpenic hints and the characteristic molasses or “toast” of Fernão Pirão. It's a white that drinks like a red.

Longevity: 6 years recommended.
