9 months ageing in Portuguese oak barrels, followed by

another 5 months ageing in bottle.

TASTING NOTES

Loaded color, typical of this dye variety. Floral aroma, with

some notes of Chinese ink and wild berries. In the mouth,

impresses by its tannin character, contrasted by the freshness

conferred by the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS

Thanks to its elegance, this wine harmonizes perfectly with all

types of Portuguese cuisine. Its tannin character makes it also

the perfect match for fatter dishes.
