Quinta do Mondego Red

Hand-harvested from all 4 grape varieties, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures below 25ºC. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 12 months in used French oak barrels. Gentle filtration before bottling. It presents a deep ruby ??color, very intense aromas, menthol, chocolate, red and black fruits. The attack is smooth and very elegant with flavors of black fruit, eucalyptus and great freshness. Persistent.
