This monovarietal wine truly expresses the unique characteristics of the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. It combines the new world oenology with the elegance of the old world’s traditional wines, showcasing its concentration and freshness. Greenish colour, clear and shiny. Very clean nose, exotic and intense, showing all of its castes expressiveness. Notes of tropical fruit, fresh-cut grass, asparagus, lime, and some crystallised fruit. In the tasting, it has a vibrant and vigorous freshness, balanced by the volume of the fruit. The tasting experience constantly remits to the nose, making the freshness and complexity of the grape variety felt, with a long, mineral finish.
