Ribeiro Santo Grande Escolha White

Grapes from Quinta do Ribeiro Santo only. Total destemming and pressing. Decantation at low temperature for 48 hours in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation began in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, finishing in 500L French oak barrels with battonage. Aged in 3rd year French oak barrels for 24 months.

Straw yellow color, aromas of ripe lemon, pineapple, chamomile and hints of butter. Excellent acidity in the mouth, giving a lot of freshness to a wine that shows good body and some fat, with a long and very pleasant finish. A very gastronomic wine, recommended to drink at 12º.
