TASTING NOTES
This Alicante Bouschet claret has a mineral impact nose with notes of forest, strawberry, wild fruit and fresh herbs. The palate has structure and very fresh acidity, where herbal and wild notes dominate, along with a subtle touch of earthiness. A long and mouthwatering finish that demonstrates its more gastronomic side.
NOTES
Good capacity to continue evolving in the bottle. Storage suggestion: bottles should be kept in a cool place and laid down, in order to take full advantage of their natural cork and the micro-oxygenation process that results from it. Suggested Serving Temperature: between 12º and 14º.
