Sabor(z)inho

Bright garnet color, very intense nose, lots of character, aromas of tart wild strawberries, earthy notes, truffle with a hint of iodine and the sea. On the palate, medium-bodied attack, very textured, salt, ever-present acidity, with the iodine and earth notes recurring. An elegant red wine with acidity, well-suited for pairing with complex fish dishes and elegant meat dishes where acidity is needed and where iodine and sea, or earth and truffle, are dominant notes.
