TASTING NOTES

Delicate pale violet colour with noticeable turbidity.

Aroma of fresh red fruits such as raspberries, minty notes and some spices.

The palate is delicate, fresh and uncomplicated.

SERVICE & PAIRING

Serve at 14 – 16ºC. Goes well with pasta dishes, pizza, salty cheese.

VINIFICATION & AGEING

Experimental wine.

A claret wine made with red grapes from our ampelographic collection. The grapes were harvested quite early, with a low sugar content and good freshness. Fermentation took place in contact with the skins at a low temperature for just one week. This resulted in a light, aromatic and pleasant wine. No filtration or stabilisation and a very low sulphite content.
