IDENTITY

A single barrel edition late harvest wine with 147 g sugar per litre, made from Touriga Nacional grapes naturally dehydrated on the vines.

TASTING NOTES

Deep impenetrable colour. Intense and perfumed with notes of flowers and nutmeg, black fruit and cedar wood. Opulent and very full-bodied on the palate, with a creamy and mouth-filling sweetness. Long and fragrant finish, reminiscent of a vintage port. A unique dessert wine from the Algarve!

SERVICE & PAIRING

Serve at 14 - 16ºC. Enjoy as a dessert wine, with dark chocolate or with a cheese platter.

Hand-crafted wine, without filtering or fining.

Grapes from carefully tended vines with strong yield reduction.

Meticulous selection of the most concentrated berries of each bunch.

Fermentation in stainless steel without temperature control.

Aged for 20 months in used French oak.
