Serra Brava Verdelho Alvarinho

The grapes were hand harvested and sorted, they were gently pressed after a carbonic maceration an then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15°C.

CELLAR TIME: 3 months in bottle

AROMA: Notes of peach, apricot and honeysuckle.

FLAVOUR: Excellent acidity and minerality, ends with a prolonged and persistent aftertaste.

GASTRONOMY: It goes well with fish, seafood and light cold meat dishes.
