Sud Suma Litoral Alentejano Red

A medium-bodied wine with light tannins, elegant but with some pepper and good acidity on the finish. Hand-picked with total destemming. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with total maceration for 7 to 10 days at 25°C. Post-fermentation maceration is carried out hot over the following 2 days.
