GRAPE VARIETIES: Alvarinho, Verdelho and Viosinho

CLIMATE: Temperate with hot, dry summers, average annual rainfall 650mm

SOILS: Clay

VINEYARD: 4,000 vines/ha; bilateral cordon and double Guyot system, with varied exposure

VINIFICATION: Total destemming before crushing, fermentation in 140-liter clay amphorae, without the addition of yeasts. We managed to control the temperature between 18º and 20º.

AGING: 4 months of aging in the same amphorae where it fermented. Bottled in July 2017 and aged in the bottle since then.
