Tiago Cabaço Verdelho

For this edition of a white wine varietal with Tiago Cabaço’s signature, we chose

Verdelho, very well suited to the characteristics of the Alentejo and specifically to the

terroir of Estremoz. We present an elegant and delicate white wine with good aging

potential.

Tasting notes

Citrus colour, fresh and mineral, structured and complex, with pleasant floral notes.

Long, persistent and intense finish.

Winemaking

The summer was hot, but in our vineyard in Estremoz, temperature variations were low,

a typical characteristic of this region. This guarantees longer maturation periods and

grapes develop with a great balance between alcohol, ph and acidity. This way we tried

to potentiate what is for us the Verdelho grape.
