It is from our oldest vines, planted in the Estremoz Region, that we selected the best grapes from traditional Alentejo varieties.

Tasting notes

Citrus yellow colour, intensive and persuasive aroma, structures in the mouth with great elegance, fresh and mineral with a vibrant finish.

Wine-making

Summer was warm. In Estremoz, the variations between night and day temperatures were high, as it is typical of this region. This helps the grapes mature slowly, allowing wines from Estremoz to have balanced acidities and great freshness. Grapes are hand-picked and brought into the winery. There is a careful selection on a sorting table before grapes are pressed. Careful attention to pH levels are kept throughout pressing. Wines are then fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in French oak barrels.
