Torre de Palma Arinto&Alvarinho

Crystalline wine with green tones, complex and elegant aroma with notes of green apple, lime and wet stone. Rich fruit flavor, dry and mineral. Excellent acidity.

Integrated Production, without use of herbicide, vineyard planted in 2012

at an altitude of 310 meters.

During the harvest all the grapes are hand-picked and then transported to the cellar in small boxes, where they were stored on a cold chamber at 3°C while 24h. Then the grapes were selected and gently pressed. The grape must was decanted at cold temperature (10°C) and then fermented and aged in used french oak barrels from Burgundy with battonage and sur lie.
