Torre de Palma Reserva Red

Intense and bright ruby color. Wine with high aroma intensity, notes of red and black fruits, violet, lavender and many balsamic notes (cedar, .). In the mouth it is elegant, fresh, mineral, with good structure and texture, firm and dry tannins. Strong aptitude for stewed, succulent dishes.

Integrated Production, without use of herbicide, vineyard planted in 2012 at an altitude of 310 meters.

Grapes were hand picked and selected. After destemming, the grapes are taken to marble 'lagares' (stone tanks) where the traditional foot treading is done with alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures. The wine was aged for 12 months in French new and used oak barrels.
