Trás-os-Montes DOC Arcossó Tinta Amarela

The grapes were vinified in a press with foot treading. The wine aged for 12 months in French oak barrels; after bottling, it remains in cellar stage for 8 months. Wine not glued or filtered. Open and decant the bottle some time before. Try it with a Portuguese stew or with grilled and baked meats with rich sauces.
