After a careful collection of the grapes in small boxes capacity, the grapes are carefully pressed in a press pneumatics; followed by decantation for 24 hours at low temperature; prolonged fermentation in controlled stainless steel vats of temperature in order to preserve the varietal aromas of the grape.
